2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Not be on any sanctions lists maintained by relevant authorities
  • Complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your contact information is up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

4. Our Services

Crypnexx provides an automated cryptocurrency arbitrage trading platform that:

  • Connects to multiple cryptocurrency exchanges via API
  • Identifies arbitrage opportunities across exchanges
  • Executes trades automatically based on your configuration
  • Provides analytics and reporting on trading activity

Note: Your funds remain on the connected exchanges at all times. We only have API access to execute trades on your behalf - we cannot withdraw your funds.

5. Fees & Payments

Our fee structure includes:

  • Performance Fee: A percentage of profitable arbitrage trades
  • No Monthly Fees: You only pay when you profit
  • Exchange Fees: Standard exchange trading fees apply (paid to exchanges)

Fees are calculated and deducted automatically. Detailed fee information is available in your dashboard. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days notice.

6. Risk Disclosure

Important: Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

By using our Service, you acknowledge:

  • Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile
  • Arbitrage opportunities may not always be profitable after fees
  • Exchange downtime or delays can affect trade execution
  • Regulatory changes may impact cryptocurrency trading
  • Technical failures, while rare, can occur
  • You may lose some or all of your investment

You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. We strongly recommend diversifying your investments.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to abuse the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Crypnexx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypnexx shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Actions of third-party exchanges
  • Market losses or missed opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crypnexx is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
